Laboratory overview

Zhenghua Lamp Energy Efficiency & Performance Lab is located in Pingshan New District with elegant environment. It has 1000 square meters of professional testing sites and a full set of internationally renowned lighting testing equipment. It is one of the earliest testing institutions in China to enter the field of lighting energy efficiency certification. The laboratory has been established since 2004. It has more than 10 years of international certification service experience in the field of luminaire energy efficiency certification. It has established good cooperative relations with several cadres and has accumulated successful tens of thousands of successful certification cases. At the same time, it has close relationship with the United States UL, ETL, EPA, DLC, Germany TUV SUD, TUV Rheinland and other institutions, and the cooperation channel has obvious advantages.

Laboratory capacity introduction

North American Energy Star (Energy Star®)

Energy Star® is a non-mandatory performance program launched by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to address global climate change and consumer demand for low-energy products, aiming to save energy by popularizing energy-efficient products. And protect the environment. At present, the ENERGY STAR logo has appeared in major household appliances, office equipment, home lighting products, electronic products, etc., and is widely recognized by consumers in the United States and Canada. Products purchased with the Energy Star logo can apply to relevant public utilities. Energy efficiency subsidies.

Our qualifications: Professional recognition of the potential test laboratory.

North American DLC certification

The DesignLights Consortium (DLC) is a non-compulsory energy efficiency project under the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), a non-profit organization established in 1996 to improve the Northeast through public policy, strategic direction and education. Energy efficiency of industrial and commercial lighting in the Ministry and the Mid-Atlantic region. DLC promotes the use of high-performance lighting products through cooperation with various states, regions, government departments, lighting equipment manufacturers and energy-saving industry associations, and DLC-certified products can receive corresponding subsidies.

Our qualification: NVLAP (Lab Code: 201045-0), the most authoritative qualification for luminaire energy efficiency.

Our advantage

We are UL's only approved luminaire energy efficiency subcontract testing organization, and the test equipment and capabilities are consistent with UL.

UL is our contracting and issuing agency, with fast cycle and low cost, and get UL Leaf energy efficiency certificate.

Provide one-stop packaging service for lighting products safety, EMC and energy efficiency

California CEC Certification

The CEC certification is an electrical energy efficiency regulation implemented by the California Energy Commission on December 30, 2005, and is a mandatory performance certification program. The aim is to increase the efficiency of electricity products, thereby saving energy, reducing gas emissions and the greenhouse effect. Luminaire products must be inspected in California by CEC-authorized laboratories in accordance with Title 20 or Title 24 standards before they are sold in California. In addition, CEC has also established a voluntary certification standard for LED bulbs. The LED bulbs that are certified by voluntary certification will receive energy efficiency subsidies from relevant public utilities.

Our qualification: professional recognition of the potential test laboratory

EU ErP certification

Energy-related Product (ErP) is the European Union's energy efficiency directive for energy-related products, "Ecodesign Requirements for Energy-related Product" (2009/125/EC), which is a mandatory performance program. The European Union stipulates that all electronic and electrical products sold in Europe must meet the requirements of the ErP Directive and comply with the relevant requirements of the European Energy Label. By adding the CE mark on the product as proof that the product complies with the ErP Directive, it can legally enter the EU member states.

The standards for lighting products are: Energy Labeling Standard: No. 874/2012 Household Light Bulb Certification Standard: No. 244/2012 Commercial Lighting Certification Standard: No. 245/2009 Directional Light and LED Light Certification Standard: No. 1194/2012

Our advantage
